Summary:
I am looking for 3 fics by the same author. They are all male/male. They were posted on fictionpress. I do not remember the author or the titles. The first fic is about a college student in a supernatural town who is part of a witch family. He is in a relationship with a man named Mathues. He also has a twin sister. The second story is about the rising of an old god. The man character they all onion, and one of the gods name is Rue. He lives in Colorado, and he gets kidnapped. The third story is a werewolves story about three werewolves siblings and their friend. Their family all dies and the only survivor is their cousin. The fiend ends up being the cousins mate. One of the characters name might have been Lucas. I am not sure if the author took them down or is planning on publishing them, but if anyone knows the authors name or any of the story titles I would be so happy. Thank you!!!

Review: Wow. This is one of the the greatest stories I’ve ever read. It is a fantasy that centers on several main characters as they (and we, as the readers) try to figure out what is going on. It starts a little confusing, but I’m begging you to read through. It starts making sense really quickly. It’s even better on the second read through! I resisted making a rec for so long because I felt that surely someone would rec this Imprint any day now, (and do it much better than I am) but it’s been a while and there is no rec, and a story like this deserves more readers!!

Review: I've recently been browsing through Fictionpress again and discovered just how long it has been since I regularly used the site. However, I have found some stories I quite enjoyed.

"Midwinter Tale" is short and sweet, with a ritual Oak King who discovers he's performing his role very well indeed. Some of the descriptions are cliche, but I found most of the descriptions quite lovely. I thought llyzsm2 described the chase and the thrill of being caught very well.

Fic Search: Long horror werewolf story

If anyone can help me I am looking for an oldish original fic which is very long and about a boy I think at camp being turned into a werewolf by a bunch of psychopathic kids who try and introduce fun (and murder) into his life. His dynamics with the group is different with each member, he has a crush on one, he has a tenuous relationship with the alpha who tries to keep him close, he helps control one of the more crazy members, etc. He is always locking away his feelings for a normal human before he turned and his longing to escape the pack.

Review:
Now this is an amazing example of how interesting and engaging a high school/first time/coming out type story can be. There is so much history and details put into sketching out character's history, motivations and why they act certain ways to certain situations. It's also not a typical cliche stereotypical situation of jock/nerd (they are both genius nerds xD) and it's hilarious. I really liked the main character and his amazing group of friends.
The author has also written an AU to their original work with a almost A/B/O setting with werewolves. It's just as amazing as the actual story. This one is actually complete.
Please check out this story! It's got great characters, sweet and cute slow build romance and an amazing AU. It's a must read in my opinion :D

Review:
This story rather surprised me. I thought I was going to read something cliche about dragon's mating, but it was a rather quirky but sweet story about dragon's mating. I rather liked the speech pattern in this story. It's not anything too confusing, but for me it felt like a breath of fresh air, something different and interesting that just adds to the charm. The characters were interesting and the little details woven into the story was quite subtle but engaging. Worldbuilding might seem a little off on how the details are revealed and explained, apparently this particular story was an excerpt to a main story that has not actually been written down yet. I don't really mind myself though. I urge everyone to check this story out!
Author has indicated that maybe they might post more so looking forward to it! It's a cute story worth reading. :D

Review:
I love stories in historical settings. It's always refreshing to see one not set in the West (Europe/America) but in the East (China). This story is not very hardcore. It has a Master/Slave set up but no BDSM setting, the romance is pretty sweet. I like the interplay between the characters. You'd assume a character would act a certain way due to past issues but everyone seems pretty mature. I also like the political setting, it's interesting and doesn't go into too much cliche territory.
The first story is complete and the sequel is under way. A nice interesting fic to check out.

Fic Search: Aliens/Mpreg?

It's been bothering me for years and I never got down to asking about the fic here. It's gotten to the point where I don't even know if I read it or is it in my imagination (it probably isn't...I rarely finish off my imagination stories in that way xD).
Here are the details I remember: Soldiers from earth are fighting against aliens (who are in a monarchy situation?)...they have a A/B/O situation going on that there are some guys in the world who can give birth? One earth soldier has been captured (tied down to a table?) and an enemy soldier gets involved with him...I don't remember much in between but he gets pregnant and they run to earth. One of the characters might or might not be called Aiden or something similar...>.<
I think I remember talking to some tsp admins about it years ago and that it might have actually been a pretty popular and well liked story. I think there might be sequels or side fics. Sorry not much to go on but this is all that comes to mind. Please help if anyone has a slight inkling about this story xD

[Request] Slave fic with no bdsm + Happy ending

Requesting: Because I am broken, I need a story with happy ending. Preferably in a slave verse, though not bdsm, not my cup of tea (most slave stories I saw have heavy bdsm theme). It's okay if it's just you know mild bdsm, but if the plot heavily relies on bdsm, I am going to have to pass. I am too fainthearted >.<

Would also like: Fantasy + medieval novels are welcomed as well.

And one more thing (~~please don't kill me TT~~), I want novels with unique character names, like Alexander, Arthur, Matthias, Hercule etc. It's just a pet peeve of mine but if the lead's name is like Johnny; Dave etc (just an example) my mind is going to conjure up your typical johnny that you sees in your class everyday. idk why, it turns me off (Sorry Johnny!).

Looking for a fic where a kid is the king of a parallel insect world

Hello~ The fic I'm looking for has to be at least eight years old and was a horror story. From what I remember, this kid living in our world somehow finds himself in another world, where this grey, eyeless, humanoid creature tells the kid he's a/the missing king of that world. The world is divided into different kingdoms where each ruler is the king of some insect, like the Beetle King, who I believe was close to the kid and the grey creature. The kid travels with the grey creature, who is very aggressive and harsh but bound to serve the kid, trying to remember who he was and solve some problem that the insect world is having. The grey creature had a sewn stomach that could open up into a gaping mouth. It was all very grotesque but compelling.

This original story was in some kind of personal website, not like LiveJournal, FictionPress, or AO3. The whole website was dedicated to the story, all black and grey themed with insects, and there were different pages to it. One of them had drawings of the characters: The kid was short with dark skin and had odd-looking red dreadlocks; the creature was tall, grey, had empty eye sockets and claws, and I think he might have had wings, although I can't be sure. I think the story ended up being abandoned after at least thirty chapters.

Review:

Amy Lane is a popular author, but I often find that her work is too angsty for my taste. Clear Water has angsty elements, like Patrick's struggle with ADHD, but overall is just a sweet, simple story of two people who are good for each other finding each other. There are some nice details about Whiskey's work in environmental science and a bit of action to liven up the plot. The first word that comes to my mind when I think about this book is "likeable." It's definitely fluff, but well-executed fluff is exactly what I need at times.

Review:

The Society of Gentleman series is now complete with three novels (A Fashionable Indulgence, A Seditious Affair, and A Gentleman's Position) and one short story (The Ruin of Gabriel Ashleigh). I enjoyed all of them, but the short story and A Seditious Affair were definitely the standouts for me.

The sex scenes are seriously hot. Dominic Frey is a masochist, which his closest friends don't understand. He's found his perfect match in Silas, even if he only knows Silas as the man he meets on Wednesdays.

What makes the book so wonderful is that the sex doesn't overwhelm the story, but instead fits into the plot and the characterization. Dominic's job is to land men like Silas in jail. They might work together perfectly in bed, but they have a serious conflict of ideologies in addition to the differences of their class. K.J. Charles made me believe in the obstacles in their relationship, and that they could overcome them.

[Film search: two alpha males short movie}

Summary: I remember seeing the trailer on youtube. The movie features a white dude who picks up an Asian dude, to his surprise, Asian dude expects to top, which White dude finds unbelievable for some reason. They start this sort of competitive relationship regarding who will fuck who.

Other details: Movie could be watched online for a fee. It seemed hot as hell but for some reason I didn't bookmark, or watch it.

If you can think of any other two alpha males 'battle it out' for bedroom dominance that stays away from just sex, do tell!

Well written, a little humor, a little angst, and great characters, this is one I am bookmarking and definitely reading again.

Review: Heads up: the original Chinese novel was so-so. The English translation (which I assume is what most people here would go read) was mesmerizing. The English version is the one I'm recommending.

The translator/writer did a lot of research (or is just really smart) and it shows. I'm really impressed by how Chinese poetry/lyric/idioms are handled. The cultural aspects are exquisite, with enough worldbuilding to paint a culture. The writing style is beautiful, the story hits the agnst nail really hard. There's a lot of plot - omg, I LOVE political intrigue, I love plot and there's a lot of messy, delicious PLOT. The plot begins kind of slow, but there's a lot of fore-shadowing and relationship building.

Best of all - the characters. It's the protagonist who goes and carves out solutions to his problems, does what he can in a world that's against him from the start and use his brain to beat everyone else. The protagonist is also witty and his snark is pretty darn entertaining. The other guy, is an intelligent, ruthless alpha-male to the cunning, sneaky protagonist.

Plotwise, it's roughly about how a nobleman who just want to be free and unbothered gets captured by the enemy, falls in love and then return to his kingdom to discover he was the remaining heir to the throne. And so he seizes power in the corrupted hierarchy to fight against his powerful, invading lover, who was trying to conquer the empire.

So yes, a lot of interesting dynamics. The side characters are also interesting. I really feel sorry for some of them.

Summary: Ash Winters is barely holding on, near drowning in his own darkness and fear. He lives a gray shadow of a life, sullen and cynical, unable to remember hope or happiness - much less the distant, fading glitterball of love. It has to be a sick joke of the universe that he finds himself hooked up with good-humored Essex boy Darian Taylor, a wannabe model in a sparkly jacket and a fake tan. Darian may not be an intellectual giant, but he's hysterically funny, and he's got the courage to challenge Ash to live again.
Just being able to laugh is extraordinary enough to Ash. Loving may be a gift he can't bear to accept, even if his denial breaks the biggest heart he's ever known.

Review: I listened to the audiobook, so I’m afraid that I can’t say how the book fairs in terms of grammar and punctuation but the story is beyond phenomenal. This has to be one of the most enjoyable stories I have read/listened to in like two years. The characters are believable and the narration is perfection- Boulton really makes the characters come to life. Especially since I had no idea what an Essex accent should sound like. I love that mental illness was part of this story and that Hall describes it in a very honest way-- without the over dramatization that seems to come up in most slash fic. As someone who suffers from depression- Ash's anxieties and daily struggles really struck a chord with me. I found him to be a very brave and relatable character and I enjoyed every moment of this story. Do yourself a favor and buy this one. You won't regret it.

Request: I just finished the entire Foxhole Court series- which was brilliant- but now I need something good to read as a follow up. I'm looking for something similar to Foxhole in its content and levels of awesome. Sports and/or crime focused with dark themes, overcoming physiological or physical abuse, morally ambiguous main characters, sociopathic characters a plus. Slow burns are also a favorite of mine. Requesting: love/hate

Requesting: Love/Hate... again. I know there's many in the past requesting this but the last one was back in 2014 and I'm just hoping there might be more that's been discovered or newly added somewhere. I love how love/hate tends to have a lot of UST and just in general the two usually have a lot of snarky scenes that's just perfect. It's usually a slower build in them growing to 'like' one another which I love!

Would also like (optional): Long, well-written but if it's readable with errors that's fine (I'm not picky), sex at one point, switching (love when a character isn't strictly bottom or top but I understand in slash it's usually one or the other so that's fine, too), some angst but not really over-the-top angst, a good legitimite reason why the two are at odds.

Must not have: Rape within the main pairing. If there is (like it's a manga or something) just give me a heads up so I'm prepared. I'm not so into BDSM in fic but I can still read it. I prefer a milder toned down version of BDSM otherwise I'll just scroll through it. Death within the main pairing. I'm a literal mess if I read that without knowing it's happening and if I do know it's happening.. well, I won't read it lol

Similar Stories: One of my favorites is a Bandom fic called In Case the Scene Gets Nasty. I love to re-read it from time to time.

I love Ben and Jamie from the Chemestryverse Reckless. I usually ctrl f their names just so I can read them or their scenes since it's written in another characters POV (but the third book will be in one of their POV's or both I think so I'm happy! The bonus scenes between them are pretty hot even though Ben's is in 2nd perspective which I usually hate ~

A guilty pleasure cause there's a ton of squicky things in it (like rape, abuse, etc) and other issues but The Carnalli Series I love Con and Cobryn. I again ctrl f their names just so I can get scenes, even small ones of them <3 (this is incest and really heavy on rape just to warn you)

Monster by burlesque graffiti. I know it's not really lovehate exactly but the two are at odds for a large portion of what's written so... kinda? Been awhile since I've dug into this story. I'm still sad it's not been updated in so long.

So I've been looking everywhere for this story. All I remember is that there is a werewolf who feels guilty about being a wolf so he stayed in his form for a while. The other wolf is an old friend of his and I think the alpha, he is also in love with him. He takes him in and tries to get him to open up. I think i remember that the younger werewolf felt guilty because he killed of bit his brother/friend when he was turned. I think one of their names was alex. Sorry this is a bad summary. I think it was at adultfanfiction.net, but I am not sure. Thank you!

This is a pair of recommendations paired with a request for similar material at the end. I hope it's alright. I've recently gone through a phase of looking for good gay stories in television and so I am recommending two of my favourites so far. I was also hoping other people might have favorites they would like to recommend to me as well.

Summary/Review: John Paul and Craig are best friends in their last year of high school when they fall in love. It is quite a long story that played from 2006-2008, and since it is a soap opera, is quite dramatic (and sometimes ridiculous) but it is also very good. John Paul and Craig are both really compelling and well portrayed characters, and their families and girlfriends are too. The story of their romance is fraught with love triangles, homophobia, murder and any number of other issues that don't only involve the two of them, but at its core it is a coming out story and a love story that centers on two dudes and the people around them.

Summary/Review: The show is about a poor, south side of Chicago family, the Gallaghers. Ian Gallagher falls in love with his thuggish neighbor, Mickey Milkovich. I love these two characters, their dynamic, and their growth over the show because they feel so real. The show is a dramedy and it deals with a lot of stuff, but the relationship between these two characters really makes it for me.

I don't have a lot of time to watch TV, so sometimes I like to watch just certain storylines from them, in this case the gay ones obviously. I know there are many other shows out there that have great gay storylines, so I was hoping to turn this post into a sort of collection of them, where people could add their favourites in the comments. Lesbian storylines also accepted/encouraged!

Requesting: Any stories that involve a virtual reality game where the player transports into the virtual world. If anyone has seen the anime Sword Art Online, then you know what I'm talking about.

Would also accept: Stories that aren't necessary virtual reality, but are set in a fantasy setting. I'm really looking for some good world building and plot.

Similar Stories: This request stemmed from a really wonderful Final Fantasy AU that I read recently, On the Line by esama.

*I don't mind being recced AU fanfics if they fit the criteria.

Hello! i came across someone who was searching for a story about werewolves, it sounded really interesting.. no luck finding it yet, and this request was from almost 2 years back .. Hope you guys can help :)

if Im not mistaken it was about a werewolf band singer and he found his mate at one of his concert?...The main character went with is friends to a club where the band was playing (wolfless?! or smth similar?)

So yeah, main character goes out with his friend to a club where a band is playing. The vocalist of the band, as he's a werewolf, smels his mate in the croud. His brother (also in the band) suggests to give out authographs after the concert, so they could find singer's mate. However, the main character leaves, as he does not know the band and is not interested in geting his signature. Also the main was probably human. But as the last female left the club, vocalist became agitated, as non of the females were his mate. However, as the main character neared his house/dorm(dont remeber) he realized he left his jacket at the club, so he decided to go back.. as he went in the club, lights were turned off/ dimmed he searched for his jacket, but the band was still inside, and the singer jumt on the main character, started to sniff him. If im not mistaken, singer also shifted...
No idea of the site this was on..
The story was written beautifuly, and i would love to reread it...

I can't believe I don't have this bookmarked because I have read it twice and it is really good but I can't seem to remember any specifics that would help me find it!
It is about a guy in college whose girlfriend breaks up with him. He is invited to an orgy by an older guy named Tom in his econ class and he actually goes to it. He has sex with a guy name Alex or something and keeps his necklace after. Alex has a reputation of some sort, but pursues the main character by going to his work. The main character sort of plays hard to get a little bit and is kind of a dick and ends up involving other people. Alex has a fancy car and a gun for some reason and both characters have some emotional issues that they sort of work out by the end. At some point they go visit Alex's extended family in Mexico and there is some drama there with his brother.

This is such a good story and I remember the plot so clearly (although my description of it is bad) but for the life of my I can't remember the main characters' names or the title of the story. I am sure it was recced on here somewhere or in the comments on a post here but I have searched high and low and was unable to find it. Can anybody help me?

Hello All,

Looking for a particular fic I remember reading where the main character is at a school / research center to study dragons and his fellow classmates trick him into entering the dragons' cave during mating season and he mates with a dragon in humanoid form.

He comes out of the cave and gets told later it happens to most of the students (and some of the professors) during mating season and not to take it too seriously.

There were also adorible little flying baby dragons at one point.

Anyone remember this one?

Story search- military power play?

I was trying to find this one the other day but my bookmarks let me down!

It was a story about two men who are used to be in the army, one the other's superior. They randomly meet (in a bar?) and start a very heavy relationship. There was a lot of licking come off the floor.

I believe the submissive was called Grimes or something similar, but all name searches are giving me Walking Dead stories! It was hosted on a private site for the author and had a very Tom of Finland classic gay erotica feel.

At some point in the story a sexy hose fight gives the house damp mould and the submissive falls sick.

Anyone else read this? Hopefully I'm not just imagining it!
