Title: Crappy Predicament
Author: AmuseMe
Status: WIP
Lenth: series
Rating: R-rated some NC-17 to be safe
Warnings: some reluctant consensual, mindfucks (on the main character), some sexual dominance/humiliation, violence
Summary: (from the author) “Hello? How the hell did I get brought into this secret organisation thing? This is just some hoax, right? I mean, this isn’t the movies. I was just playing around on the PC, honest to God! And why does that bastard have to supervise me!?”

Why you should read this: So after reading Muffin by Mahsa, I went looking through aff.net hoping to find another gem. That proved to be REALLY, REALLY hard. I found this one by accident actually. The writing, while not perfect, is still really good. The characters feel realistic and gritty. The main character, Christopher, comes off as snarky and a brat, but as you read more about him, you get to see his vulnerabilities and just how badly damaged he is. It sounds cliched, but the author does it so well that it never feels over done. Her other character, Joshua still leaves me feeling a little dubious- his motives are definitely not good- something he never lies about and he treats Chris like crap- taking advantage of his vulnerabilities and using him. I'm still not sure how I feel about him. God combine this unhealthy UST (and believe me you'll see what I mean) with the backdrop of mystery as Chris tries to figure out what's going on with his new job.
Also, as disturbing some of the sex scenes can be- their really, really hot. I kid you not. This author has done nearly the impossible and created a story that doesn't focus on sex, but still makes incredibly, steaming sex scenes.
Heads up though, the author hasn't updated in a while.
