Review: I know we don't, as a rule, do fanfic here. And I'm not even into the whole Arthur/Merlin shebang! However, this is completely AU apart from the main characters' names and appearances. I read this last night, and I just really want to share my joy at this gorgeous gem of a story. Maybe you've read Glitterati's stuff by now, maybe not, but she has a beautiful, poignant style while keeping things light and... well, there's no other word for it, delicious. The story is about Arthur, Prince of Wales, who meets Merlin, a chainsmoking second-year intern at St Bart's Hospital who's just a little bit magical. A wonderful, happy-ever-after story of how Merlin met his Prince, and Arthur met his match, complete with pictures and magazine articles (some of the best things about it). Give it a try, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Just be prepared to have a chunk of time set by, because this story will draw you in so hard, it'll be hell to leave it in the middle. I just loved the story for what it is - a wonderful tale of finding love with your prince and managing to keep him.
